In Motion Album Progress report

Hey everyone,

The next album is taking shape in the best possible way. All eight songs are written. Five are already on tape with drums tracked, and the final three are right on their heels. The music feels focused, alive, and fearless.

This record is powered by an extraordinary group of musicians. Keith Carlock, Mark Lettieri, Will Lee, Mike Stern, Tim Lefebvre, Chase Baird, Jimmy Haslip, Rich Brown, Alan Hinds, Moto Fukushima, and Oz Noy are all confirmed. Every session has been electric, the kind where ideas spark fast and hit hard.

Once again, the album will be mixed and mastered in Nashville by the brilliant Jerry Guidroz. Having Jerry at the helm brings a level of clarity and punch that I trust completely.

I cannot wait to share this music with you. It carries the same spirit as the first record, but the lens is wider, the colors run deeper, and the story stretches further.
