ABOUT JEREMY

Guitarist Jeremy Green, began playing the electric guitar at the age of 12. It began when his older brother brought a used, brown burst, Ibanez Roadstar Custom into the house. He picked it up shortly after and has been playing ever since. After about three years he began playing semi-professionally, performing in small clubs and party venues across southern Ontario, Canada. Since then, he has continued to perform in and around the Toronto music scene, in some of the most iconic venues.

Jeremy has gone on to record with legendary musicians such as: Mike Stern, Oz Noy, Robben Ford, Mark Letteiri, Keith Carlock, Victor Wooten, Billy Sheehan, Will Lee, Jimmy Haslip, Tim Lefebvre, Michel Cusson, Rich Brown, Paul DeLong, Moto Fukushima among others.

Jeremy’s debut solo album “Standing Eight”; a funk/jazz instrumental record received critical acclaim. It hit #1 on The Roots Music Report’s Top 50 Fusion Album Chart and #5 on the Top 50 Jazz Album Chart. It also hit Jazzweek’s “Most Added” chart. Standing Eight was also voted into the Top 10, by 2 of 6 panelists for the “2021 Jazz/Prog Rock Records of the Year” on music site “Sea of Tranquility”.

His other original works, have also gained praise from industry experts and Jeremy has been covered in various online sources and print publications such as Guitar Player Magazine. His music features regularly on JazzFM (Canada’s premier jazz radio station) and also worldwide on international radio stations with spotlights in a growing list of places across the planet.
